Who is Dr. Shackelford, M.D.
As our Chief Nutritional Advisor, Dr. Karen Shackelford represents the science and the passion that underlie everything we do here at Trim Down Club.
With a long and distinguished medical career, Dr. Shackelford has worked as a board certified Emergency Medicine doctor, run a neighborhood family medical clinic, started a medical technology company, and served as a respected medical writer.
